Now about our trip: With the thought of rain glooming over our heads we were a little worried, but it turned out to be a glorious sunny day, a little cold, but sunny none the less. We stood in long lines, rode a lot of rides, and spent a ton of money on food. While we were there we didn't get to ride the Top Thrill Dragster because it was having some issues. It would go to the top and then coming flying down backwards! Not a ride I was willing to get on. ! group of people got stuck at the top, they had to wait for a maintenance person to climb up and push it over the edge. James was all about riding it and thought it would be really cool if it went down backwards, but unfortunately they were only putting 4 people in it at a time and the line was way long.
All in all it was a great day at the park. But we were exhausted and fast asleep the minute are heads hit the hotel pillows.
On Sunday we got up and went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast and then found an arcade and played laser tag. It was all our first time playing in an arena and we had a blast! Of course either Dave or James won, but I guess that's to be expected.
