Yup, we've switched phone companies. After many problems with centennial we decided it was time to move on. So I jumped online and signed us up, we got new, free phones and a much better service plan to go with a bigger service area.We both decided on the LG Voyager, it's got a touch screen on the front plus it opens and has a QWERTY keyboard, the best of both worlds! According to many reviews I read this is very comparable to the Apple IPhone, and since that was what we really wanted but had problems with AT&T we thought it was a great fit.
We also now have unlimited text/pic/video messaging so no more worries about going over on that each month. Along with free In Calling, meaning all calls to Verizon (and now Altell since Verizon purchased them) don't count towards our monthy minutes. And I'm loving the internet access as there are so many mobile applications out there. My little internet savy self is very happy.
Now once we get the phone figured out we'll both be a lot happier. But I think were enjoying our new toy, even more since it was free.
Oh, and as an added bonus our monthy charge is going to be a few dollars less!
