It's time for another Tasty Tuesday! This Blog Carnival is all about Tasty Recipes, won't you share yours?

This week I'm going to post what I made for dinner last night. I guess I'll call them Melissa's Tasty Burgers, since it's just something I made up, but they were a big hit. Measurements are not exact as I just added stuff here and there, so it's kind of a guessing game.

Melissa's Tasty Burgers

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef

1 medium onion

1 cup shredded cheese

a splash of Worcestershire sauce

Garlic powder

Pepper jack Cheese slices

Sliced pre-cooked bacon

Mayo, Lettuce, Tomatoes

Preparation:

Saute onion for a few minutes, mix in to ground beef. Stir in garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Add shredded cheese. Form into patties. Grill until cooked thoroughly, add pepper jack cheese during the last minute of cooking. Remove from grill and add bacon.

I made mine with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. They were great and a big hit! James loved them so I know I'll be making them again. He did say that they would have been good with sauteed mushrooms added.
