Another year bites the dust.

Two years ago today we became husband and wife.

It was a glorious day, aside from the food poisoning/stomach bug thing I had, the 90 degree heat, and bees that were trying to attack. But otherwise just splendid, lol.

We said our quick I do's and headed to the reception for food and drinks. Just how we wanted it.

I may have forgotten Mr. B's ring, and he may have made sure everyone knew about it. Even though it was in the church, just not in my hands. And one of his groomsman may have made a run to the store in between the ceremony and us entering the reception hall. Which of course made us have to stand outside, in 90 degree heat, waiting for him so we could enter. But other than that, a glorious day in deed.

I'd like to say I would do it all over again, but I'm not sure I would. I think I have to agree with Mr. B when he said "we should have just went to Vegas" a week before the wedding. Apparently I was starting to become a bridezilla, but I'm proud to say I don't think I fully became one, I just had a few moments. As I'm sure every bride to be does.

But we did it, all our hard work paid off. And now we're entering our third year as husband and wife. Our first year, I have to say, was not the blissful newlywed year, it truly was hard. And I never want to go through that again. But our second year got much better, I guess it's true that if you survive that first year it will only get better from there. I'm so looking forward to that!
