My husband is a Cheese head.

Superbowl Sunday has arrived. I’m not one of those girls that are really into football. But my husband is a HUGE Packers fan so this year it’s kind of a big deal in our house.

In fact my husband is such a cheese head that he had to have a new jersey to wear just for the game. The one he has now is a Farve jersey, and well since he doesn’t play for them any more it just wasn’t acceptable for the Superbowl. He also has one that I found at a garage sale last summer for $2, but it’s yellow and I have no idea what player it’s for. I think it just has a number on it but no name. So on to Ebay he went and got a new Rodgers one, which thankfully was delivered in time since he didn’t buy it until last Sunday.

Of course he is already trying to pass on his love for the Packers to his son, who already has a jersey of his own. Seen here on Chewbacca last season:I then reminded my husband that it’s a toddlers shirt and Chewbacca was given a bandana instead. Not sure he liked it any better, but at least he was free to walk around. Now Mr.B is looking for jerseys for the whole family, with current team members of course. He has found one for each of the dogs and is trying to find a pink one for me. Then he wants to get family pictures taken once the baby is here. So he can show everyone that “we are a Packers family”.As the loving wife that I am I pretend to show interest. When in fact I don’t care. But it’s just a sports team and if it makes him happy I suppose I can go along with it. Which led me to my next project, a baby blanket. It’s just one of the tie blankets that are super easy to make, but it made Mr.B happy when he seen it:
