I probably started planning little man’s birthday party the day he was born. I‘m really not that crazy though and didn’t start buying things until he was probably 10 months old. But all of my planning paid off and we had a great birthday party.
I probably made 75% of the stuff myself, which is hard with a toddler running around let me tell you. I was very thankful for long naps.
But our house looked great, and clean for once, All the food tasted great, and everyone had a great time. What more could I ask for?
This is all of his monthly shots
His birthday banner I made.
A hanging decoration
Dessert table
Saying Hi to grandma when she got there
Playing with his cousins
Being cute and eating as usual
We tried to get a shot of the 3 littles, but Grace was not having it
Time for presents!
Ooohhh…an airplane!
But cars are my favorite
But markers will be more fun!
Me looking crazy, lol.
Packed house
Piñata time!
Waiting on his cake. And yes, that is the Winnie the Pooh movie playing on the TV.
Singing Happy Birthday
YUM
Much easier...and you get way more this way
I wanted him to have some cake, and not all frosting so I cut some off. He still continued to eat the frosting.
Bath time!
I love my nephew Avery’s face here.
Needing a drink after a long day
And a picture of his cake just after I finished decorating it. This was my first 3D cake, and I think it turned out pretty good.
Our color theme was red & yellow, and I had the silverware in “Hunny Pots”
I also made Tigger Tails, which everyone loved
And what Winnie the Pooh party is complete without Chocolate Pooh Heads?
The party was a blast! And I admit I may have gone a little over board...but you only turn 1 once!

Awesome! Can share recipe for Tigger tails? Was planning on Tigger theme party
Vith, The tigger tails is just Marshmallows covered in Orange colored chocolate melts. Then milk chocolate drizzled over them
