Being a Photographer wanna be I frequent lots of Photo sites and forums. One of my favorites is Digital Photography School. This forum gives you photo assignments you can participate in to help with your skills. You can also share your photos and have them critiqued by others, or you can do some critiquing of others pictures. It's really a great site for the photo enthusiast.
On the Willis-O-Meter I would give this a 4 out of 5.
